Considering that SPORT TECH ALWAYS sells sports team jerseys, sports gear, and technological items online that are not original models from their national distributors; considering the Customer's interest in purchasing jerseys offered by SPORT TECH ALWAYS through its sales channels; and that the product arrives directly from other countries to the customer's address, the purpose of this agreement is to establish the general terms and conditions of purchase of products and services for the customer on the SPORT TECH ALWAYS website.

1. Confidentiality: SPORT TECH ALWAYS is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of all data and information provided by the Customer during the purchasing process.

2. Customer Service (CS): The customer may use this service to resolve any questions, requests, or complaints regarding their order or any content available on the website. The CS team can be contacted via a form on the website or by sending an email to contacto@sporttechalways.com
, all available in our "Customer Service" section. Please include your order number in all your emails; we will respond within 2-3 business days. Please note that our support is not 24/7 and our emails are checked from MONDAY TO FRIDAY from 12:00-20:00 (GMT).

CANCELLATIONS

The customer may request the cancellation of their order only within the first 24 hours of its confirmation.

Once this period has elapsed, the order will continue its preparation process and cannot be cancelled due to a change of mind.
