EXCHANGES AND RETURNS POLICY

At Sport Tech Always, your complete satisfaction is our commitment. Every product undergoes rigorous quality control before shipping, but if you find any manufacturing defects or errors in personalization or size upon receiving your order, you have the right to request an exchange within 7 days of receiving the product, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Code.
The first step in requesting a return is to contact our Customer Service Center at contacto@sporttechalways.com , providing your order number and a description of the issue. The customer service team will then provide a phone number to send photos and videos of the product for quality control review.

Our team will guide you on how to proceed with shipping the item to our headquarters. Please note that the shipping cost to our facilities is the customer's responsibility.


Once the package is received, the product will be inspected to confirm it meets the exchange conditions. If the claim is valid, a new product identical to the one originally ordered (same model, size, and version) will be shipped.
The exchange process may take up to 30 business days from the receipt of the product at our facilities.


We do not make changes in the following cases:

  1. Requests made after 7 days from receipt of the product.

  2. Customized t-shirts (name, number, or patches) or products with sizes selected by the customer. It is the customer's responsibility to review the size charts before making a purchase. If you have any questions, we recommend consulting with our team before placing your order.

  3. Orders that were successfully shipped but not received or picked up by the customer (see more in our Shipping and Delivery Policy).

Changes will only be accepted if:

  1. The product has a customization error or is a different size than the one requested by the customer.

  2. A manufacturing defect or a problem with the customization performed by our team has been detected.

Sport Tech Always does not offer refunds under any circumstances. Only product exchanges that meet the conditions mentioned above will be processed.
