The products featured on our website are not located in the destination country and are shipped directly from our manufacturers in Asia. The estimated delivery time for general product shipments is 15 to 22 days, subject to shipping variations due to customs fees (assumed by the customer), local taxes (assumed by the customer), strikes, or other factors beyond our control.

General Shipping:
If the previously announced delivery limit is exceeded, we guarantee delivery of your order within a maximum of 90 days from the date of purchase.
In the exceptional case of not meeting this deadline, you can request a personalized solution through our customer service team, who will evaluate and propose the best option for your situation.

Exceptions: Argentina, Colombia, Ecuador, Uruguay and Central America.
Due to logistical and operational factors specific to these countries, delivery times may extend beyond 160 days.
At these locations, our team is also available to assist you with alternatives if unusual delays occur beyond 160 days.

The products arrive in the country under the supervision of the competent authorities and are then delivered to the destination cities. All purchases have a tracking code that will be sent to the customer's email within 7 business days (unless there is a shipping issue with the manufacturer's logistics). The code can be tracked from the moment it leaves the country of origin to its final destination.

Delivery is generally made by the local postal service. However, in some cases, such as:

  • absent recipient

  • regions with delivery restrictions or other reasons

The carrier may leave a notice requesting package pickup at the nearest branch. If the order includes two or more items, they may be shipped separately, each with its own tracking code. Since this is an international order, it may take up to three business days for the tracking information on the carrier's website to update.

It is the buyer's responsibility to verify and correctly complete the delivery address before confirming the purchase. In the event of a return due to an incorrect address or insufficient information, the customer assumes responsibility. If delivery attempts are unsuccessful, the package will remain available at the agency for collection. If unclaimed, it may be returned to the sender abroad. In the case of reshipment, the delivery period will restart from the date of confirmation of the new shipment.
