1. International shipping and delivery times

The products offered on our website are shipped from outside Europe, America, Africa and Oceania. The estimated delivery time varies by region:

1.3 Other countries

2. Delivery attempts and returns

  • They will be carried out until two delivery attempts by an external transport company.

  • If delivery is not successful, the package will be available for collection at the corresponding agency. If the customer does not collect the package:

    • This will be returned to our warehouse in Asia.
    • The delivery period will restart upon confirmation of receipt in our warehouse.
    • In case of reshipment, a new delivery time will apply.
  • Important: In case of incorrect address or insufficient data, the responsibility will be exclusively of the client.

3. Tracking code

  • All purchases include a tracking code that will be sent to the customer's email within 7 business days.
  • The code allows you to track the package from the country of origin to the final address.
  • In exceptional cases, such as delays in shipping from our warehouse or incidents with the shipping company, the shipping of the code may be delayed.

4. Shipping orders with multiple products

If the order includes two or more products , these may be shipped separately. Each product will have an independent tracking code.


5. Additional considerations regarding monitoring

  • As it is an international shipment, the tracking information on the Correos website may take up to 10 business days or more in updating.
  • In some cases, Correos may leave a notice for the customer to pick up the package at the nearest agency.

6. Warnings and customer responsibility

6.1 Delivery information

  • Before confirming the purchase, the customer must ensure that the shipping information is correct.
  • In case of return due to incorrect address or insufficient data, it will be the exclusive responsibility of the customer.

6.2 Customer responsibility upon receipt of the order

The client must:

  • Be alert to carrier notifications (tracking code, calls, notices, etc.).
  • Confirm if the package was received at your home
  • In the event that the carrier delivers the package incorrectly because the customer did not leave anyone at home to receive the order or the carrier simply made an erroneous delivery, the customer will be primarily responsible for contacting the transport company directly to find out to whom the package was delivered.
